Fernando San Emeterio bids farewell to La Fonteta as a player and joins the coaching staff
Surrounded by his family,
and by multiple personalities from the world of basketball, Fernando San
Emeterio put an end to his career as a player in a massive event at the
Fonteta. An exciting event that featured face-to-face speeches by Sam Van
Rossom, Sergio Scariolo and Víctor Claver, as well as multiple surprises in the
form of videos that made the Spanish forward excited. The event closed with the
announcement that the Cantabrian is joining the coaching staff of the Valencia
Basket men's first team under the command of Joan Peñarroya as assistant coach.
